Sogalbi
As a traditional Korean dish, raw ribs of beef are roasted on a grill or a heated plate. There are 2 kinds of sogalbi - seasoned galbi and raw galbi. Seasoned galbi is smoothed with various seasonings including soy sauce prior to roasting.

Seoul Garden
The Seoul Garden is well known as a restaurant that conveys the image of a small park in the heart of the city. Doseong
This castle shaped restaurant is proud of its traditional landscape gardening. Upon entering, one can immediately see Chogajib (a traditional straw-thatched house lived in by common people in olden times), an arbor, a pond and a waterfall, all of which combine to create a wonderful harmony.
