“ Welcome to the Largest Zoo in the central region of the Country!”
The zoo has been developed as an environmentally friendly zoo on an area of about 600,000㎡. This zoo is the second largest one in Korea and encompasses two types of safaris, 13 kinds of amusement rides and roller coasters, a sculpture park, a green shower forest, and entertainment facilities presenting a variety of colorful events and rest at the same time for all ages.
 Facilities and Function
Africa Safari
People ride in a bus inside the safari park to see lions, elephants, giraffes and other wild animals.

Mountain Safari
People follow the visitors’ track to see the rocky Mountain goat, the only one of its kind, as well as Asian wild horses and deer.

Anidom
This zone houses 537 heads of 139 kinds of animals such as Siberian tigers, Californian seals, Chimpanzees, two-humped camels, and eagles.

Iris Square
Beside the central lake in the zoo, this large meeting place has sculptures, an outdoor stage, and fountains.

Festival Zone
Don’t miss the thrills! 13 kinds of amusement rides, roller coasters and game facilities are for families and friends.

The Great Outdoors: Telphousa Forest
This is a place for resting in thick woods full of phytonchide. The fresh and cool air in the woods will rejuvenate your body.

Aphrodite Sculpture Park
Here are sculptures of animals in harmony with the environment. This area is for family picnics and rest.
